Each Officer, Steward, and Retired member is entitled to two (2) reservations at no charge. Each additional reservation will be at a cost of $30.00 per reservation. NOMINATIONS AND ELECTIONS

September 2025

In accordance with Article V of the National Constitution, this is official notice to all members of the Panther City Branch #226, Fort Worth, Texas, that nominations for all elected officers for the term 2026-2028 will be accepted at the October 2nd Branch Meeting. The nominations will be open for the following positions: President (full-time), Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer, HBR/MBA Representative, Sergeant-At-Arms, Director of Retirees, and five (5) Trustees.

The election of officers will be by mail-out ballot according to Article V of the Branch By-Laws. All candidates for Branch Office and/or for a delegate position must certify in writing that he/she has not voluntarily or otherwise held, accepted, or applied for a supervisory position in the Postal Career Service for any period of time, whether one (1) day or a fraction thereof, either detailed, acting, probationary or permanently, anyone serving in this capacity shall be ineligible to run for any office or to be a delegate for a period of two (2) years after termination of such supervisory status.

Nominations for delegates to the 2026 — 74th National Convention, which will be held in Los Angeles from August 3-7, 2026, will also be accepted at the October 2nd Branch Meeting; the election for delegates will be held at the November 6th Branch Meeting. All candidates for the position of officer and/or delegate must be current in payment of their dues in order to be eligible to be a candidate.

ARTICLE XII.
SHOP STEWARDS

(B) There will be a meeting of Shop Stewards prior to the Regular Meeting each month. Those attending will be all Shop Stewards and the President of the Branch. The Chairman of this meeting will be the Shop Steward who is elected to attend the Executive Board Meetings by the other Shop Stewards.

ARTICLE XII.
SHOP STEWARDS

(B) At the Discretion of the President there will be a meeting scheduled for veteran Shop Stewards each quarter and New Stewards will have six (6) training meetings scheduled.

Stewards will be required to attend the training meetings when scheduled unless excused by the President.

OFFICERS AND SHOP STEWARDS EXPENSE MONEY AMOUNTS AND DISBURSEMENT

(B) RULES FOR DISBURSEMENT OF EXPENSE MONEY

4. In the event a combination of nine (9) meetings are not attended by the Shop Stewards, they will be paid at the rate of ten ($10.00) a meeting beginning 1/1/85.
